Reschedule Policy

We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, we’ve established the following reschedule policy:

✅ 24 Hours or More Notice

Clients may reschedule their appointment once for free if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

⚠️ Less Than 12 Hours Notice

Rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a late reschedule fee of $35. This helps offset lost time and preparation costs.

🔄 Between 12 and 24 Hours Notice

Rescheduling within this window may still be accommodated depending on availability, but may be subject to a $20 fee.

🚫 No-Show or Missed Appointment

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a missed session and WILL be charged the full amount.
